Veruma Adai / Arisi Roti


Veruma Adai Or Arisi Roti


What you need:

Boiled rice - 2tumbler
Salt - to taste
Coriander leaf - handfull

For Sauting:

Mustard seeds- 1tsp
Curry leaves - handfull
Chillies - 2 chopped(if u like)
Oil - 2 tsp


How to make :

1. Soak the rice for 4hrs to 6hrs

2. Grind the rice to coarse consistency (dough must be slightly thick)

3. Put a pan add oil and saute mustard seeds,curry leaves and chillies

4. Mix it with the prepared flour

5. Heat a kadai with oil

6. Make small flat rounds of dough and deep fry in the kadai

7. Serve hot with coconut chutney


Post fix : If you want to avoid deep fry, you can alternately prepare it like Dosas and serve.
